I’ll reach out so we can chat all about your fur baby’s personality! We’ll schedule your consultation to plan the perfect session, pick out your colorful background, and make sure your pup is ready for their close-up.

Book your pup session in the studio in early March for a fun, personalized session where we’ll capture their best "game face" for the competition.

The ordering appointment: This is the best part! We'll schedule some time where you’ll see your gorgeous images for the first time, pick out your favorite photo for the March bracket, and choose the custom artwork you want for your home.
Once your $150 session fee is donated to reserve your pup’s spot, it’s time for their moment to shine! During a fun, relaxed photo session, we’ll capture all the personality, charm, and tail-wagging magic that makes your dog one of a kind.
After the session, you’ll choose your favorite image to enter into the March Muttness Tournament. Then the real fun begins — friends, family, and dog lovers everywhere can vote to cheer your pup on!
The competition plays out bracket-style, with the most-loved pups advancing each round until one lucky contestant is crowned the 2026 Top Dog Champion.
Along the way, you’ll have the option to grab custom artwork of your pup, and your four-legged star will be in the running for fun prizes from our amazing local sponsors — all while supporting a wonderful cause.
It’s a tail-wagging, camera-ready celebration for a great purpose! Your participation helps support the lifesaving work of Lucky Dog Refuge, providing care, safety, and second chances for dogs as they wait for their forever homes. 🐾
Our 2026 Charity
We are not just a rescue, we are a refuge; a safe haven for dogs from dire backgrounds. We focus on the dogs most in need of saving - those who have been abandoned by their families, the strays, the starving, the injured, the sick, and those in immediate need of help. We take them in, rehabilitate them, provide housing, vetting, training, and extra doses of love.
Whether at our facility in Stamford, CT or placed with one of our rescue partners, every dog we commit to is guaranteed love and a beautiful life with the forever family they so deserve.
